BLOOMINGTON – The percent of people unemployed in the twin cities remained the same in July of 2016 as it was one year ago.
The rate sits at 5.2 percent. However, total non-farm jobs for Bloomington Normal decreased by 1300.
The report from the Illinois Department of Employment Security shows the number of unemployed fell in 12 of the state’s metropolitan areas.
