HUDSON – The eighth annual St. Jude Game Feed comes to Hudson on Saturday to help raise money for a good cause.
You can enjoy all you can eat and drink for $25! Menu features smoked pulled pork and sides courtesy of Annie’s Eats. Plus there will be an auction, 50/50 drawing and raffle.
Proceeds from the event go to help St. Jude as they continue their mission of leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
The founder of the fundraiser, Mike O’Grady, says that these events give back to the kids and their families.
“This is something I look forward to and work toward through the year. I have a great team, and what we have been able to do for the kids at St. Jude at this event has blown me away and it does every year,” O’Grady told WJBC’s Scott Miller.
In 2023, the fundraiser tallied $64,000 for kids at St. Jude.
“We thought the first year if we raised four or five thousand dollars that would be great. Well, we raised 12 thousand and we continue to go up. It’s unbelievable!” said O’Grady.
The event kicks off at noon on Saturday and goes until 4 p.m. at 209 Front Street in Hudson.
