BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department announced two new cases of COVID-19 with one of the new cases currently hospitalized.
Officials report that of the 256 total cases, 233 individuals have been releases from home isolation.
“Across the state, we have seen the region look great with our numbers,” MCHD Administrator Jessica McKnight told WJBC’s Craig Collins. “We hope that we can continue, so moving slowly through this process so we can stay in Phase 4.”
Health officials report that over 12,000 tests have been conducted in the county with an overall positive rate of 2.1%.
