TAZEWELL COUNTY – An arrest has been made in connection to the search for John Tyler Jr., but the investigation continues.
Daniel C. Allbritton, 52, of Washington, was arrested for obstruction of justice, according to a release from the Tazewell County Sheriff’s office.
Our news partner HOI-ABC reports the Sheriff’s Office did not specify why Allbritton was arrested for obstruction in the search for Tyler, but said the investigation is ongoing.
Tyler has been missing since Dec. 6 when he was last seen in Morton wearing a red hoodie, jeans and carrying a black bag.
He is described as 6 foot, 1 inches, with brown hair and brown eyes, and weighing 190 pounds.
