BLOOMINGTON – Registration is still open for a party that supports local low-income families.
The 37th annual Christmas for Kids Party is Saturday at 10 a.m. at Bloomington High School. The party features carnival games, arts and crafts, along with a gift and grab bag for each child.
Several local businesses and organizations participate in the event. Illinois State University student athletes volunteer to work the games and interact with the children.
The Party is co-sponsored by the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and the Bloomington & Normal Trades & Labor Assembly (AFL-CIO), as a labor-management cooperative activity.
