LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Ford County man has been identified as the driver involved in a fatal crash in Livingston County.
Livingston County Coroner Danny Watson said Ronald Hoegger, 51, of Cabery, was the driver of a pickup that left the road and hit a bridge with concrete guard rails Monday around 11:00 a.m. in Broughton Township, southeast of Dwight.
Watson said the vehicle caught fire and an autopsy was performed to identify the driver. Watson said the autopsy indicated Hoegger died on impact.
The crash remains under investigation by the coroner’s office and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
