BLOOMINGTON – A McLean County judge has sentenced a teenager from Normal to 30 years in prison for an armed robbery at a Bloomington gas station last year.
Terrell Hibbler, 19, has a lengthy criminal history. He was convicted of armed robbery in August for the robbery of the Citgo on South Main Street last October.
