BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington woman’s attempt to get her eight-year prison sentence reduced for the death of her three-year-old son has been struck down by a McLean County judge.
Danielle Bagley, formerly Danielle Fischer, was sentenced after pleading guilty to child endangerment last year. Her son Robbie Cramer died in 2013 after her boyfriend at the time, Nicholas Compton, beat the boy to death. Fischer was charged for not getting medical attention for her child.
Bagley and her husband are also fighting to get custody of their one-year-old daughter who was born before she was sent to prison.
