BLOOMINGTON – A McLean County judge has sentenced an elderly man to 3 1/2 years in prison for repeatedly sexually abusing four young girls.
Harlan Mohr, 79, of Iowa was convicted in January after a week long trial in McLean County court. He molested four victims between 2004 and 2009. All of the victims were under the age of 18.
The prosecution asked for consecutive seven-year terms for each of the four counts of felony sexual abuse. The defense requested probation.
