BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man sentenced to life in prison is receiving some good news from President Obama.
Obama granted clemency for 214 federal inmates including Antonio Cobb of Bloomington. In 2003, Cobb was sentenced to life behind bars for selling cocaine. Obama is reducing that to just under 22 years.
The president has been reducing the sentences of those convicted of non violent drug offenses.
