HEYWORTH – Power has been out for over 1,600 residents in Heyworth since early this afternoon.
An Ameren spokesman said there was a fire on a utility pole. They do not know the cause of the fire. The pole will have to be replaced and Ameren expects power to be back on by 4:30 p.m.
