BLOOMINGTON – A Diamond Illinois war veteran is being found guilty of home invasion.
A McLean County jury worked late into the afternoon Thursday and convicted 26 year old Samuel Siatta. The Iraq war veteran entered a Normal home in April of last year and hit the victim over the head with a frying pan. The victim suffered a cut to the head.
Siatta will be sentenced in January.
