NORMAL – Support for minority students at the University of Missouri stretches from the campus in Columbia to the Illinois State University Campus in Normal.
Concerns over how Illinois State treats minorities were voiced at a “Black Out ISU” rally Thursday. The rally was organized by the black student union and was meant to also show support for students at the University of Missouri who managed to oust their college president.
The office of ISU President Larry Dietz reached out to the students to set up a meeting.
