I’m a Central Illinois native who grew up in Petersburg and found my way to WJBC by way of Western Illinois University in Macomb.
While at WIU I had the opportunity to cover a variety of Western’s sports teams, including WIU football and basketball. After getting my degree in broadcasting, I spent a year working in Macomb doing news for a cluster of stations and hosting midday show on 95.9 The Buzz, alternative rock station.
I’m on WJBC at all times of the day – seriously, I pretty much do it all. Hear me doing the news at the top and bottom of the hour, covering stories all over the Twin Cities, during the High School Football Extravaganza, and as the host of WJBC Gameday two hours prior to every ISU football game.
When I’m not on air you can probably find me listening to music, hanging out with friends, running, looking for that perfect pick-up for one of my Fantasy Football teams, or trying to maintain my sanity as I watch the Chicago Bears.
If you ever see me out and about don’t hesitate to say, “Hey!”
