Constitution Trail portions closing Friday

NORMAL – Portions of the Constitution Trail will be closed on Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. for asphalt overlay.

The trail will be closed south of Camelback Bridge to Division Street and from Vernon Avenue to Phoenix Avenue.
