PEKIN – A husband and wife are dead after a shooting in Pekin.
Tazewell County Coroner James Baldi said Patricia Vandeschraaf, 63, was pronounced dead at the scene Monday afternoon. Authorities were called to the scene at 12:15 p.m.
Steven Vandeschraaf, 62, was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Pekin Police Department and the Tazewell County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
