BLOOMINGTON – November jobless rates fell in all 12 Illinois metro areas compared to the same month a year ago.
In Bloomington-Normal the unemployment rate went from 7.2 percent in November of 2013 to 5.6 percent in November of this year.
Unemployment rates also fell in all 102 counties for the fifth time in six months
