Bloomington woman gets new laptop from Kim Komando Show

BLOOMINGTON – A local woman who was recently let go from her job got a big surprise while listening to WJBC.

Erin from Bloomington was looking to purchase a new laptop so she could FaceTime her mom and participate in church activities virtually. She was on a tight budget and decided to call the Kim Komando Show for some tech advice. She got an even bigger surprise, Kim decided to buy her a new laptop.

“She told me anything else I needed I can contact her, she’d help me set it up, keep in touch, it was just wonderful,” Erin told WJBC’s Scott Miller Tuesday morning.

Erin says she received the laptop and she looks forward to video chatting with her mom.

The Kim Komando Show can be heard weekend afternoons on AM 1230 WJBC.
