BLOOMINGTON – Police say they are looking for three men who forced their way into a home and shot a man twice before ransacking the home.
Bloomington Police say they don’t have a description of the suspects. They reportedly knocked on the door of the home on Julie Drive on Wednesday night. When the door was opened, three men entered the residence – one was armed with a handgun. Police say the victim was struck in the head with a handgun and was shot in the leg and arm.
The suspects ransacked the residence and fled the scene. The victim, a 44-year-old man, was taken to the hospital. His injuries aren’t believed to be life threatening.
