BLOOMINGTON – Washington Street between Gas Avenue and Western Avenue will be closed to through traffic beginning 6 a.m. on Nov. 15 trough 6 p.m. Nov. 23 for railroad track work.
Motorists are urged to use an alternate route during this time period.
