NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) — A lane will be closed on Northtown Road in Normal for part of Tuesday to deliver equipment.
Starting at 7 a.m. on June 16, the eastbound outside lane of Northtown 100 feet east of the intersection with Towanda Avenue will be closed, said Public Works spokesman Jason Comfort.
The lane closure will be for equipment delivery at the Ironwood Pump Station.
Drivers are urged to be careful when traveling through the area.
Comfort said that, weather permitting, lanes are expected to be reopened by 2 p.m. Tuesday.
