MINONK, Ill. (WMBD) — Southbound lanes of Interstate 39 south of Minonk are blocked due to a multiple-vehicle wreck, according to the Woodford County Sheriff’s Office.
Dennis Tipsword, the office’s chief deputy, said the collisions occurred four miles south of Minonk at mile marker 22.
There was no word on injuries or how many vehicles were involved. An email to the Illinois State Police was not immediately returned.
