BPD: Three in critical condition after shooting on west side

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are investigating a shooting that happened Monday afternoon in the 1600 block of Iowa Street.

BPD Public Information Officer John Fermon said officers were called around 3:30 p.m. and located two gunshot victims. One victim was taken to OSF St. Joseph and the other to Carle BroMenn. Officers were later advised of a third gunshot victim at Carle BroMenn.

Fermon says the three victims are in critical condition. No arrests have been made and no suspect information is available. The investigation is in the early stages, according to Fermon.
