BLOOMINGTON – Police are investigating a shots fire incident that happened over the weekend on Bloomington’s west side.

Officers were called Saturday around 4:15 a.m. to the area of Morris Avenue and Monroe Street. When officers arrived, they located physical evidence of gunshots in the 400 block of North Morris Avenue. BPD also learned that bullets struck two residences in the 1000 block of West Monroe Street.

Authorities said there were no reported injuries. No arrests have been made and no suspect information is available.
