MCHD reports one new cases of COVID-19

BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department reports one new positive case of COVID-19 on Thursday, after two days of no new cases. 

The new case, an individual in their 30’s, is the 254th confirmed cases in the county. 

There are currently ten individuals isolating at home, with no hospitalizations. 

There have been 13 deaths in the county. 

Health officials report 230 individuals have been releases from home isolation and are considered recovered. 

The MCHD reports 11,900 tests have been performed in the county, with an overall positive rate of 2.1%.
