NORMAL – Just before temporarily shutting down due to COVID-19, electric automaker Rivian released a video giving an update on its manufacturing plant in Normal.
Over 40 projects were in progress before work was suspended, according to the video. It’s unclear when workers will be able to return to the plant. Rivian plans to begin production at the facility later this year.
