BPD investigating theft, use of stolen credit cards

BLOOMINGTON – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to identify two people of interest in a local theft.

Bloomington Police say a wallet was stolen and multiple credit cards from this incident were used at local businesses throughout the week.

BPD describe the people:

Person 1 is a black male, late 20’s to early 30’s, with a medium build and facial hair.

Person 2 is a black female in her 20’s with shoulder length black hair, wearing glasses, with a larger build.

Anyone with information about either person is asked to contact BPD at 309-434-2807. If you would like to remain anonymous call McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111. If your call leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect, you may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
