NORMAL – There will be a lane reduction on Willow St. at Normal Ave. starting 7 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2018 until 5 p.m. Friday May 11, 2018.
Two-way traffic will be maintained through the intersection. The contractor may use flaggers to maintain two-way traffic if additional lane reduction is needed during work hours. Access to Normal Avenue will be from Bowles and Cypress Streets.
The road closure is required for the installation of new water main.
