BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Election Commission says new voter cards are going out in the mail this summer.
Registered voters in the Bloomington city limits will receive the new voter IDs through four mailings, with the last group scheduled to be sent on July 24.
The commission asks voters to discard the old ID once the new one is received.
