Heartland Community College adds new member; Chadwick re-elected

NORMAL – A newcomer will join the Heartland Community College Board of Trustees.

Mary Campbell of Normal was the top vote-getter in Tuesday’s race with more than 13,000 votes. Board Chairman Gregg Chadwick of Bloomington was also re-elected.

Chadwick was first elected to the board in 2002, making him the longest-serving member.

Jim Drew of Lincoln came in 3rd in the race and Bennett Morris of Bloomington was fourth.

Trustees serve six-year terms.
