BLOOMINGTON – A man from Lexington has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony drug charge.
Tanner Tattini, 19, was a student at Illinois Wesleyan University with he was arrested in April. Prosecutors say he sold $675 worth of cocaine to a police informant and was a well-known source for drugs on campus.
Tattini is only required to serve 50 percent of the sentence. He could have seen anywhere from six to 30 years in prison had he gone to trial.
