Devon L. “Red” Tipler, 34, of Normal, passed away at 3:26 p.m. on April 29 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
His funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Bishop Edward T. McGhee officiating. Visitation will be from 10-1130 a.m. prior to the service Friday at the memorial home.
Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Bloomington. Memorials may be made to the family.
Devon was born on Feb. 24, 1981 in Chicago, a son of Rhet and Mary (Tipler) Cannon. He married Natisha L. Farris on Sep. 2, 2011 in Bloomington. She survives.
Surviving are his wife, Natisha of Normal; three daughters, Diamond Dilworth, Taniya Wilson, Kimberly Tipler, all of Normal; father, Rhet Cannon of Kokomo, Ind.; sister, Miranda Tipler of Bloomington, sister, Shanica Tipler of Gary, Ind., brother, Dareme Tipler of Terre Haute, Ind., brother, Daremus Tipler of Charleston, Mo., sister, Lakina Tyler of Kokomo, Ind., sister, Rheticia Cannon of Atlanta, Ga., brother, Rhet Cannon, Jr. of Kokomo, Ind., brother, Shawn Cannon and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother; father, David Biles; sister, Kimberly; grandmother, Ella Tipler; and special aunt, Shirley McGill.
Devon was employed for many years as a forklift driver. He enjoyed playing cards, Candy Crush Saga, he called himself the ‘King of Candy Crush’. Devon loved spending time with his children, family and friends.
He was a strong individual “Beast Mode Barcode”.

Frances Aranowski
Frances Theresa Aranowski, 96, left the comforts of her home in Bloomington and is safely home in Gods’ hands. Heaven gained an Angel on May 03.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday at Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery in Detroit, Mich. There will be no visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded. Carmody Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington is handling arrangements.

Frances was born March 07, 1919 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Anastasia Perkowski. She married Bernard Joseph Aranowski on May 17, 1941. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two infant sons, three brothers, one sister and their spouses.
She is survived by three sons: Thomas (Mary) Aranowski of Bloomington; Michael (June) Aranowski, of Gladstone, Michigan and Ronald (Marsha) Aranowski of Canton, Michigan; seven grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason Wherry) Pacquette , Sarah (Brian) Stalter, Nicholas (Christin Sander) Aranowski, Jill (Robert) Flaminio, Sherry (Brian) Garwood, Diane (Kevin) Mullinax, and Amanda (Cayla) Baumann; 22 great-grandchildren, one great great grandson, her sister-in-law, Delores Perkowski and several nieces and nephews.
Babcia will forever be in our hearts as “Rockin’ Franja.”
