McLean County man facing Class X felonies for predatory criminal sexual assault

BLOOMINGTON – A 34-year-old Bloomington man faces several Class X felonies after being indicted on two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault.

After an investigation by the Bloomington Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, authorities arrested Anthony Love.

McLean County Prosecutors charged Love with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and one count of attempted predatory criminal sexual assault.

Authorities report the victim in the case is under 13 years old.

A McLean County Judge released Love with mandated conditions until his trial.
