BPD probing weekend armed robbery on city’s east side

BLOOMINGTON – Police are investigating a hold up over the weekend on Bloomington’s east side.

Officers were called Saturday around 9:20 p.m. to the Pizza Ranch, located at 1211 Holiday Drive. BPD said a male suspect entered the restaurant with a gun, demanded money, then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Nobody was injured and no arrests have been made.

Authorities are describing the suspect as a black male, wearing dark clothing, and a ski-mask.
