Cardinals attempt to sweep Royals on WJBC

BLOOMINGTON – The St. Louis Cardinals conclude their three-game series Sunday with the Kansas City Royals at Busch Stadium with the pre-game show starting at 12:20 p.m. on WJBC 1230 AM and the first pitch at 1:15.

John Lackey takes the mound for the Cardinals. He has a 4-4 record with a 3.74 earned run average. The Dodgers will send Jason Vargas to the hill with a 5-2 record and a 4.10 ERA.
