TOPEKA, Kan. – Bloomington City Manager David Hales is reportedly a finalist for the same position in Topeka, Kansas.
The Topeka Capital-Journal reports Hales and the other finalists will be in that city next Friday and Saturday. The newspaper reports Topeka officials have not revealed the names or number of other city manager finalists.
Hales has been city manager in Bloomington since 2008.
