BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police have arrested three residents from Normal accused of selliing the synthetic marijuana known as Spice, and authorities also seized alleged drug money and vehicles allegedly used while dealing Spice.
Police said at least one of the drug deals happened near a Bloomington school.
Bloomington’s Vice and Street Crimes Units served a search warrant in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street in Normal, and reportedly seized 66 packets of Spice, with an approximate street value of $1,320, $500 in suspected drug money, two cars, and drug equipment.
Police booked Robin Casey, 45, for permitting unlawful use of a building. Christopher Ragland, 42, and Joshua Hoke, 25, each face multiple counts of manufacturing and delivering narcotics, including near a school, which carries a tougher penalty.
