BLOOMINGTON – Illinois State Representative Carol Ammons (D-Urbana) spoke with WJBC’s Sam Wood about her recent decision to consider a run for the 13th Congressional District seat occupied by Congressman Rodney Davis (R-Taylorville).

Ammons explains her decision to form an exploratory committee, her concern over Davis’ lack of town hall events and her upset primary win in 2014.
