Bloomington – Learning doesn’t have to end when college does.
Ali Bousquet with the Bloomington Public Library says from project management to marketing you can become better informed through a program called Lynda.com.
“We definitely saw a need in our community for something like this and the problem with a lot of things in 2016 is new programming languages and things like that are updated so rapidly that it’s hard for a physical collection of books to keep up with it,” said Bousquet. “So it’s better to have an online resource that is updated continually.”
The online classes start at beginner level and move up to expert.
You can log on to Lynda.com at the Library or at home with your library card number and pin.
The Normal Public Library also has support for Lynda.com.
