ISU, IWU basketball on WJBC

Illinois State and Illinois Wesleyan men’s basketball dominates the WJBC 1230 AM airwaves today, beginning a 2 p.m. with the ISU pregame show.

That will be followed at 3 p.m. with play-by-play of the ISU-Northern Iowa matchup in Missouri Valley Conference action. The Redbirds are 10-10 overall and 4-3 in the league. UNI is 10-10 overall and 2-5 in the Valley.

Meanwhile, IWU travels to Chicago to take on North Park at 7 p.m. on WJBC 1230 AM. The Titans have a 9-8 overall record a 3-3 mark in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin standings. North Park is 11-6 and 3-3, respectively.

On your computer or smartphone at wjbc.com, the IWU women’s basketball team takes on North Park at 5 p.m. and the Bloomington Thunder battles Muskegon at 7 p.m in hockey action.
