SPRINGFIELD – The pension case before the state's Supreme Court will stay on the fast track.
Union lawyers wanted justices to hold off at least a month on hearing oral arguments. They say they need extra time to review some of the paperwork that's been filed, but justices denied that request.
The Supreme Court will hear the case on March 16.
