BLOOMINGTON – The recent terrorist attacks in Paris has caused some travelers to be a little uneasy.
Bloomington travel agent Tim Davis of Suzi Davis Travel told WJBC’s Scott Laughlin he’s not aware of any tours being canceled, but some airlines might be willing to work with you if you want to hold off on a trip.
“People are leery, there have been some cancellations,” Davis said. “The airlines are allowing people to cancel and get refunds or reschedule their flights without any change fees”
Davis said in his travels in the past week, he hasn’t noticed Transportation Security Administration officers doing anything differently, but he said it appears there is a heightened sense of awareness.
“You do want to take a little extra time at the airport, but at this point I think it’s pretty much business as usual,” Davis said.
ISIS has released a new video warning of an attack on New York City.
