NORMAL – Bloomington-Normal is becoming busy with students again as college classes begin next week.

Illinois State University Police Chief Aaron Woodruff says college freshman and their parents should take his advice.

Woodruff says in Normal you should watch the road signs.  He points out some one ways are created to help divert traffic during move in days.
