Mitsubishi puts up strong July sales numbers

BLOOMINGTON – Mitsubishi Motors continues to put up excellent sales numbers.

July marked the company’s 17th consecutive month of year-over-year sales increases. July sales were up 23.9 percent compared to July 2014. Year-to-date sales are up 24.8 percent.

The Outlander Sport had its best July sales month ever after seeing a 1.24 percent jump compared to last year. Mitsubishi has announced plans to close its plant in Normal. That plant currently builds the Outlander Sport.
