Over $23K worth of electronics, luggage stolen from Normal Walmart

NORMAL – Normal Police say numerous electronics and luggage were stolen from the Normal Walmart totaling a little over $23,000 from what appears to be an organized group with knowledge of Walmart practices.

Police say the burglary happened when the store was closed, saying the suspects arrived in a dark-colored SUV wearing Walmart vests, face masks and entered the store through the shopping cart bay door.

No suspect information is currently available.

Police believe they have done the same thing at other Walmart stores.
