COLFAX – The McLean County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in several burglaries this past weekend.
Police say the burglaries occurred on Friday and Saturday in Saybrook, Arrowsmith, LeRoy, and Colfax.
Authorities describe one of the suspects as a white female, approx. 20-30-years old and 5’8″ to 5’10” in height, with shoulder-length blonde curly hair.
According to a news release, the woman possibly had her hair pulled into a bun, is large build, and was last seen wearing a lighter-colored hoodie-style sweatshirt and yoga pants.
A second suspect, described as a male, approx. 20-30-years old is described as a slender to medium build, 5’10” to 6’0″ in height and was last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie-style sweatshirt and dark pants.
Police say the suspects drove awhile in a lighter-colored SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Trailblazer or Jeep Cherokee with a very loud exhaust.
