BLOOMINGTON – In the past week, the McLean County Health Department reports 91 new cases of COVID-19, including an additional death.
Health officials report the county’s latest death is a male in his 60’s who was not associated with a long-term care facility. So far, 240 people have died from COVID-19 in the county.
Officials report 86 people are isolating at home, while 18,287 people have been released from isolation and are considered recovered.
Additionally, officials report 10 McLean County residents are hospitalized due to COVID-19, while 16 other patients from outside the county are hospitalized for COVID-19 in the county.
On the vaccine front, approximately 167,925 doses of the vaccine have been administered in the county.
More than 381,700 tets have resulted in a cumulative positivity rate of 4.9%. The rolling 7-day positivity rate is 2.7%.
