BLOOMINGTON – Local hospitals remain almost full as the McLean County Health Department Wednesday reported 99 new cases of coronavirus.
McLean County hospitals are reporting 88% of ICU beds and 99% of total beds in use. The health department reminds residents that local hospitals provide other treatments and care for people outside the county.
There are 51 McLean County residents in the hospital due to COVID and 567 are in home isolation. The county’s rolling positivity rate inched down to 5.5%.
70 additional people were released from isolation and are considered recovered.
There have been 213 COVID-related deaths in the county.
