BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department Wednesday reported three new cases of COVID-19.

There are 185 active cases, nine people remain in the hospital, one in intensive care, and the rest are isolating at home.
The county’s rolling positivity rate is 2.4% as it has continued to drop over the last three weeks.
“We are slowing decreasing that as we had been as high as 12%,” MCHD Administrator Jessica McKnight told WJBC’s Craig Collins.
There are 3,093 people that have recovered from the virus and there have been 23 COVID-related deaths.
Meanwhile, MCHD and Chestnut Health Systems will be in LeRoy on Thursday from 9 a.m. until noon for mobile COVID testing. The drive-through and walk-up testing will be available at 201 North Chestnut Street.
