BLOOMINGTON – Four people have been charged after being arrested for looting in Bloomington on Sunday night.
According to our news partner HOI ABC, McLean County State’s Attorney Don Knapp said four were arrested during a night of unrest when looting throughout the Bloomington-Normal area took place Sunday.
The four were arrested at the Target at 301 S. Veterans Parkway in Normal.
More looting occurred Monday night, but those arrested in that incident will appear in bonding court Wednesday, Knapp said.
Those charged in Sunday night’s incident are:
Jessica A. Mills, 28, of Bloomington was charged with felony burglary and looting, and a misdemeanor for mob action. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Angel Renee Hicks, 26, of Bloomington was charged with felony burglary and looting, and faces a misdemeanor for mob action. Her bond was set at $7,500.
Travis Ray Blake, 22, is being held on $20,000 and charged with felony burglary and looting, along with a misdemeanor for mob action.
Ian C. Price, 19, of Bloomington, also faces felony burglary and looting charges, and a misdemeanor for mob action. His bond was set at $4,000.
